Maybe it's soon to say something has changed in my  work  but with the new organization and overall  with the new chief everything seems going better.   New chief, who I knew last week,  hit me since the first time I spoke her by phone, and she's convincing me more and more.   They seem simple things but former chief didn't do it: new chief listens until end, says: <How are you>, "yes" is "yes" and "no" is "no", gives suggests and not only orders, tries to help you and teach you something.  New chief, new life, and you can see results.
